NOW HIRING – Cabinet maker / Assembler / Warehouse
Searching for an energetic, positive craftsperson experienced in cabinet building, finishing, installation and dismantling, preparation and the packing tradeshow displays, equipment and accessories.
Expectations:
- Build and repair custom displays, cabinets and other structures
- Build and repair display components including bases, cases, counters, graphic panels and crates
- Pull and prepare existing custom and modular display systems, equipment, products, and accessories for upcoming events
- Maintain warehouse, forklift experience, able to load custom size equipment on trucks
Requirements:
- Standard cabinetry construction, lamination, assembly and repairs
- Able to read construction drawings and sketches
- Determine and review methods for cutting, shaping, and assembling parts
- Full knowledge in setting up and operating equipment including power saws, drill presses, planers, sanders, lathes, jointers, routers, and nailers.
- Measure and mark materials, verify dimensions
- Able to shape material using planes, chisels, files, and sanders.
- Preferred experience / willing to learn – CNC router table
- Able to lift 75 Lbs and move large panels, equipment, products and materials
- Experience with forklifts, climb ladders, and use/maintain company vehicles
- Supply own hand tools
- Drivers license
Additionals:
- Tradeshow display preparation, inventory, document, pack
- Installation and dismantle of display equipment
- Work within a team setting that includes designers, project managers, foreman, and other cabinet makers
- Capture and document materials consumed and submit daily time slips
